先日 twistcube.inc の中の人に教えていただいたグッドニュース。Making Things Move! で相当勉強させていただいた Keith Peters さんの新しい本。2008年12月発売予定。内容はこんな感じで、Amazon 予約注文で只今4905円。円高のタイミング狙って予約することにします。

2005年に ActionScript2.0用のスクリプトアニメーション本：
Foundation Actionscript Animation: Making Things Move (Foundation)
が発売され、僕もめちゃめちゃ勉強になりました。だいぶスキルアップさせていただいた名著です。AS2 だけやってる人なら今から買ってもいいと思います。
で、2007年にその ActionScript3.0 版が発刊されました。作るサンプル等、内容は割と同じ感じです。それが：
Foundation ActionScript 3 Animation: Making Things Move!
です。この AS3 版の本は日本語訳されて発売されています。日本語版はタイトルが変更されていて：
となっているわけです。
で、今回、一連の本の著者である Keith Peters さんが、もう少し高度なスクリプトアニメーションを解説した本を2008年12月に「ActionScript 3.0 Animation」としうタイトルで出すということです。
ということで、日本語版の「ActionScript 3.0 アニメーション」と、今回の「ActionScript 3.0 Animation」は別物なのでそこんとこご注意あれ～という感じです。
